Why we collect it

  • To book, move, or cancel an appointment.
  • To get back to you when you ask for a call or information.

We process your data to carry out your request for an appointment or a call, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the salon and keeping our service quality, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and no longer than while you are a client of the salon. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Who has access

Only the salon's staff and the team that maintains this system have access to your data. For scheduling we use Sredi Me and Buker, the salon's calendar, so appointment data also lives there.
